NFL Waiver Wire 2016: Projecting Preseason Cuts Who Will Land with New Teams

As the 2016 NFL season approaches, rosters will begin shrinking down to the 53 players for Week 1. While many fringe players will see their professional journeys hit a road block of sorts, there is the possibility that some will catch on with another team for 2016. 
Even though we've yet to reach the Aug. 30 deadline when NFL teams make their initial cuts from 90 players to 75, there are already some notable players teams have cut who will likely be signed with a different squad for this season.
 
Stevie Brown Safety Stevie Brown hasn't played a down of regular-season football since 2014 as a member of the New York Giants. 
After being cut by New York and the Houston Texans last season, Brown wasn't able to stick around with the Kansas City Chiefs, who cut him on Wednesday. 
Seeing Brown failing to find a team willing to take a chance on him after the 2012 season would have been surprising after he led the Giants with eight interception...
