NFL Week 1 Spread: Cleveland Browns at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Cleveland Browns will open up the 2010 season on the road against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, as both teams look to improve on a down year in 2009.
The Browns started the year 1-11, but managed to win their final four games of the season to finish 5-11. The Buccaneers decided it was time to rebuild in 2009, and that led to a 3-13 season.
Looking at the NFL odds for this game, the Buccaneers come in three-point favorites over the Browns with the total sitting at 27 points.
The Browns decided that it was time to part ways with quarterbacks Derek Anderson and Brady Quinn, and went out and acquired Jake Delhomme, who played so bad in Carolina he lost his starting job.
