NFL Week 16: The Week New York Became The Giants

Coach Tom Coughlin said he sat in a dark room for over two hours.
 
Justin Tuck gave himself a 24-hour window to replay the game, get pissed and realize that it did happen.
 
Eli Manning’s empty postgame press conference was difficult to watch and unimaginable to comprehend how being in the quarterback’s shoes must have felt.
 
It didn’t help that ESPN replayed Eagles Desean Jackson’s punt return, which scored Philadelphia’s fourth and game winning touchdown in under seven minutes.
 
All I felt was guilt because as an avid sports fan, I know better than to leave a game before the time runs out or the last out in the ninth.
 
In a sense, the last play I saw was TE Kevin Boss run in for a Giants touchdown, making the score 31-10. With just eight minutes left my Philly fan friend and I decided to leave.
