Ahh, fresh off my bye week and ready to get after it. My bye week could not have come at a better time; I was getting worse as the weeks progressed. This week—I think—I will make amends for my poor performance in Week 3. So let's get to it:
What an intriguing week this has already been. Randy Moss goes back to Minnesota just in time to take another trip to Revis Island (providing it isn't still closed for repairs). He will also get a shot at the Pats in a couple of weeks. Just what were the Pats thinking?
If they were trying to make quarterback Tom Brady's job harder, mission accomplished. With Welker taking all the double teams now, who does Brady have to go to? That's right, no one. Rumor has it he has been in contact with Deion Branch. If this is true, rather than lightning in a bottle, Brady better hope Branch can find youth in a bottle. Brady needs all the wide receiver help he can get.
