NFL: Who Else Is Responsible for DeSean Jackson’s Gay Slur Fallout?

The news is quickly spreading. On Sirius XM's "All Out Show with Rude Jude and Lord Sear" a caller asked Philadelphia Eagles star WR DeSean Jackson a question, and Jackson responded with a gay slur.
In our society, this is obviously unacceptable, and Jackson will surely apologize. Enough columns will be written about Jackson and his culpability in this, but let's explore the others involved.
First, we all make an assumption that because a man can catch a football and run that he will be a good communicator when the microphone and camera catch every movement and every word. 
While Jackson has been in the spotlight most of his life, who has been there to teach him to filter what comes out of his mouth?  Who should teach that? 
Let's start with his agent, Drew Rosenhaus.
