Nintendo 3DS: Nintendo Announces Madden Video Game Franchise to Go 3D

The Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) is in full swing here in Los Angeles and on this morning of June 15, Nintendo held their keynote presentation at the Nokia Theater.
Many rumors were running throughout the video gaming world that Nintendo was going to announce the first 3D handheld system that does not have the need to wear any 3D glasses.
Nintendo did officially make that announcement, and boy does it look like the system will deliver!
Sitting four rows back from the stage, I had a great view of the entire presentation, but after the announcement of the Nintendo 3DS, President and Chief Operating Officer Reggie Fils-Aime told the attending press and industry insiders that many third party developers were already beginning to create games for the launch of the system.
The launch date was not announced, but Fils-Aime said that Electronic Arts (EA) was adapting one of the biggest sports franchises to be compatiable with the new 3D system.
