Patriots Sign Nick Moore To Replace Wes Welker, Evidently Gain Top-Notch Tweeter

News of the Patriots' signing of Nick Moore came via the wide receiver's Twitter page:
"Its OFFICIAL..I'm a Patriot! Thanks for all the prayers an' support everyone!!!"
Moore, who played his college ball at the University of Toledo, has Patriots fans praying for more than that. They are likely on their knees hoping for a playoff miracle following the loss of the league's top pass receiver, Wes Welker.
Moore, who was recently cut from the practice squad of the Minnesota Vikings, tweeted the news last night after he was signed to the Patriots' practice squad, a move necessitated by the injury to Welker.
Subsequent tweets by Moore included updates on his number ("Hey everybody. I'll be wearing #17...should be a good look on my long body lol"), how he was feeling after his workout ("Super long day today.
