Pete Carroll Setting Up an Explosive Offense in Seattle

When the Seattle Seahawks hired former USC Trojans head coach Pete Carroll as the head coach and executive vice president of football operations, they had no idea how quickly he could turn this team around.
Granted the Seahawks have yet to play a game under the new regime, but one thing is certain. The players that Carroll and John Schneider have brought in to resurrect this program, along with the players already on the roster, will make for an explosive football team.
Especially on offense where the Seahawks faltered last season ranking 25th in the league in points scored per game (17) and 26th in the league in rushing yards per game (97).
Since arriving in Seattle, Carroll has preached over and over the importance of competition at every single position which will bring out the best in each individual player.
