Report: New York Giants Sign Former Raiders TE Brandon Myers

It didn't take long for the Giants to find their replacement for Martellus Bennett.
On Saturday, the Giants had Brandon Myers in for a visit with the team. According to Mike Garafolo of USA Today, the Giants have signed the tight end to a contract.

Terms of the contract have not been disclosed yet.
The 27-year-old tight end had a very productive season in 2012 with Oakland, catching 79 passes for 806 yards and four touchdown receptions.
Now, Myers will come to New York and look to be the starting tight end in a Giants offense that already has explosive weapons such as Hakeem Nicks, Victor Cruz and Rueben Randle.
The Giants lost Bennett to free agency when he signed a four-year, $20 million deal with the Chicago Bears after just one season with Big Blue.
