Report: Vikings To Sign Receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh? *Updated*

After the puzzling cutting of wide receiver Javon Walker, it appears that the cut to make room for another freshly cut receiver.
Last year, the Vikings were in hot pursuit of former Bengals receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh. It almost seemed like a done deal until the very last second as "Housh" decided to sign with the Seattle Seahwaks.
However, it now appears that the Vikings may once again be pursuing "the one that got away."
Houshmandzadeh, 32, was released by the Seattle Seahawks late Friday as the Seahawks have apparently cleared room for a potential trade with the San Diego Chargers to acquire disgruntled receiver Vincent Jackson.
While Walker being cut seemed a bit strange, it appeared that he was cut to make room for another receiver. After all, the Vikings would have went into the season with: Bernard Berrian, Percy Harvin, Greg Camarillo, Greg Lewis, Taye Biddle, and Marquis Hamilton.
