The Jets have are tied for the best record at 5-1, with no help from their best player last year, Darrelle Revis.
Last year, Revis shut down Chad Johnson x2, Andre Johnson, Randy Moss x2, Reggie Wayne. Roddy White, Terrell Owens x2 and Marques Colston. This year though, he's being burnt by Jabar Gaffney and Percy Harvin in large part to his hamstring injury.
Revis missed two and a half games due to his hamstring, and it has been bothering him in the past two games.
But the impact of Revis' injury shows in the Jets numbers this year compared to last year's.
Last year, the Jets were ranked first in the league in passing yards allowed, this year they are ranked 22nd. The Jets had the best ranked defense last year, this year with Revis' slump they are 14th.
