Richard Sherman: Seahawks Cornerback Should Let His Play Do the Talking

The Seattle Seahawks should be proud of their win over the New England Patriots. They were not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but they never gave up and ultimately they won a huge game in front of an appreciative CenturyLink Field crowd.
Now, Richard Sherman is doing some talking on behalf of a defense that came up with some very big plays.
Specifically, Sherman has suggested that the Patriots run a “gimmick” offense, and apparently, he and Tom Brady had an ongoing dialogue throughout the game.
Careful, Richard. Wars of words rarely create a desirable outcome that can be applied to the field of play.
I do like the defense to have confidence, even to the point of playing with “swagger.” This defense definitely believes that it can shut down anyone in the league. 
However, there is often a fine line between confidence and cockiness.
Talking is obviously part of the game, but there can be danger when people do more jaw...
