Roy Williams Should Carry Dez Bryant’s Helmet and Pads

Rookie hazing has been a long NFL tradition and most people, including myself, have no problem with it.
However, Roy Williams had no right to ask Dez Bryant to carry his gear.
Throughout history, the game's best players went through rookie hazing and it won't stop anytime soon. Rookies have always been forced to do things like shave their heads or get stuff for the veterans—but there is a right time to initiate it.
He didn't choose the right time.
Williams, as we all know, has done very little with his time in Dallas and most people want Bryant to come in and take his job.
Both will be going up against each other all pre-season to win the second receiver spot.
If Bryant were asked to grab some luggage or get the veterans something to drink, he wouldn't have had a problem as he wants to be part of the team. I bet he would have even carried anyone else's pads. 
No one, however, should blame him for not listening to Williams.
