Saggy Pants: A Fashion Statement and Not a Reason to Kick NFL Star out of Mall

Are we really at the point in society where someone can get kicked out of a shopping mall because his pants are sagging? It doesn't matter if you're a young NFL superstar or a kid shopping in the mall with his friends. Is that where we are in this day and time?  If you're wearing pants that are sagging, does that make your money un-spendable in the eyes of a business owner?
Is this a selective practice targeting African American teenagers in this country?  For the life of me, I don't understand what droopy pants have to do with being a consumer willing to spend his Benjamins. But apparently a shopping mall in North Texas has different ideas about fashion and business practices.
