San Diego Chargers Can Keep All Their Free Agents

Can the Chargers sign all of their free agents and draft picks? Its beginning to look like the answer is "YES!"
I really don't forsee a holdout from any of the draft picks, including Ryan Matthews. I believe  the rookie holdout won't really affect the Chargers at all.
Ryan Matthews had the most hype coming out of Fresno as a premier draft pick. But it seems like he actually wants to be involved in practice, mini camps, and organized team activities.
I believe the sacrifice to jump up 16 spots to get him was the only risk the Chargers have to take with him.
With LaDainian Tomlinson's departure, the Chargers could probably pay their six draft picks comfortably, at least their rookie seasons—$5.5 million is back in Dean Spano's pocket.
Also another $4.8 million is there from Chris Chambers's cut last season. I think that money is more than likely going to Vincent Jackson. Any news circulating around him involves future plans with the Chargers.
