Seattle Seahawks: 2011 Schedule Reveals a Tough Season Ahead for the Hawks

The NFC West is the division the Seahawks should be ecstatic they are in.
Last season, the Hawks were blessed to make the playoffs and had success there. This season, six games come from very winnable teams in their own division. Will they win them all? Of course not. But a 4-2 record shouldn’t be to far off the mark—even with this team.
The St. Louis Rams are the only competition for the Seahawks this season in the NFC West, and they should win one of the two games against them in 2011.
But it is the out-of-division games that make you want to do an over exaggerated gulp and wonder how this team is going to make the playoffs.
Looking at the schedule for 2011 outside the division, they have the Steelers, Falcons, Giants, Cowboys, Ravens, Eagles and Bears. I just don’t see too many wins coming against these teams—being at home or not.
