Seattle Seahawks Might Be a Good Underdog Play vs. the San Francisco 49ers

The Seattle Seahawks shocked the San Francisco 49ers with a 31-6 home win in the season opener. That loss sent the preseason favorites to win the NFC West into an 0-5 spiral to start the season.
The Seahawks have now won 11 of their last 15 against the 49ers, including five of their last seven on the road. NFL oddsmakers, however, expect San Francisco to have a little revenge Sunday. They have listed the 49ers as a 5.5-point favorite with the total set at 41.5.
Seattle fell behind 14-0 against lowly Carolina before exploding for 31 unanswered points in last week’s win. Running back Marshawn Lynch was the star, rushing for a career-best three touchdowns. That victory helped the Seahawks remain tied with St. Louis atop the division. If they can find a way to win again this week, it will move them one step closer to a fifth division title in seven seasons.
