Should the Buffalo Bills Trade for Disgruntled Charger Vincent Jackson?

It's down time for the NFL before pre-season action starts.
What better time to speculate about wild and crazy things?
There is no doubt that the Buffalo Bills have top talent in wide receiver Lee Evans, but there is also no doubt that they are missing that number two guy.  
James Hardy, Roscoe Parrish, Marcus Easley, and Steve Johnson all seem slotted to compete for that position, but none of them bring any experienced talent during their tenure in the NFL.
Last season the Buffalo Bills searched and found a number two in Terrell Owens, but it was unknown if they were looking for a publicity stunt or someone to take pressure off Evans.
Either way, without solid play from any quarterback, it didn't matter if Jerry Rice was running routes out there.
