Steelers Might Be Able To Take Half Of Team Of Decade Title

First, for those who think decade ended in 2009: One to 10 is the correct way to count.  Just because it is years does not make it different than dollars.  Counting zero to nine to pay back $10 does not work.
The decade is from 2001 to 2010, not from 2000 to 2009.
The team of decade is a bogus term to begin with but splits have precedent.  In the '50s, the Cleveland Browns and Detroit Lions both won three NFL Championships.  Yes, in the 1950s those teams were good.  We are going waaaaaaaay back.
The Browns won in 1950 against the Rams the year the Rams left Cleveland for L.A.  In 1951, the Rams beat the Browns.  In 1952, the Lions beat the Browns.  In 1953, the Lions again beat the Browns. In 1954, the Browns beat the Lions.  In 1955, the Browns beat the Rams again.  
In 1956 came a rare championship in that decade that belonged to neither team (Giants over Bears). In 1957, it was Lions over Browns.  Then, the C...
