Tennessee Titans (-2.5) at Jacksonville Jaguars

Titans versus Jags...not exactly the excitement of Vikings versus Jags. With both teams sitting on identical 3-2 records, I'll take the visiting team to cover.
On Sunday, the Titans went into Cowboy Stadium and won a game that Dallas desperately needed to have. If they can do that, I'm pretty sure they can steal a road game from the horribly inconsistent Jaguars.
Jacksonville has talent with Pocket Hercules in the backfield and a receiving core that includes Mike Thomas and Mike Sims-Walker. Unfortunately, David Garrard is way too erratic for me to place any money on his team.
The Jaguars defense ranks thirteenth in the league against the run, which looks decent on paper. Of course, if you analyze further, you see that they've yet to face an upper-eschelon running back. In five games, the Jags have faced Knowshon Moreno, LeSean McCoy, Mike Tolbert, Joseph Addai and Fred Jackson. I'm not sure there is a top fifteen back in that list.
