Texans vs. Jets: Put a Fork in the Texans Before Our Turkey on Thanksgiving?

At the beginning of this season, all eyes seemed to be on the Houston Texans. It seemed like they were ready to make it to that next step: that being the Texans making the playoffs for the first time in franchise history.
So what happened? The Texans defense is what happened.
Why hasn't the defense been able to make adjustments in order to be in games, and get those victories, like they should have this season? Good question. Maybe the better question is where is Gary Kubiak and defensive coordinator Franks Bush making those adjustments?
And has the injury bug to their superstar wide receiver Andre Johnson and starting quarterback Matt Schaub been an issue? You have to say, "Yes." This isn't the same team as last season. The lack of scoring and defense proves that.
Thank goodness for Arian Foster who has picked up the slack on the offensive side of the ball, or they may not have won the ones they did.
