The Hughes Coorporation: The Chargers’ Silent Corners

When Chargers fans think of cornerbacks, there is a great deal of uncertainty. The one cornerstone through the years has been Quentin Jammer, but when he was hurt against the Bengals last season, there was an immediate panic in looking to the depth chart.
Now that Jammer is past the dreaded NFL age of 30, the concern is setting in as to who will fill his shoes. With Antonio Cromartie gone to the Jets, being replaced by an older corner in Nathan Vasher, one thing is for certain, some young Chargers corners need to step up.
Looking into the depth charts the Chargers have two young corners whos similarities are striking:
Brandon Hughes 5'11"  190 lbs, age 24
and
Dante Hughes   5'10"  190 lbs , age 24
both of whom are former track stars, and had very sucessful college careers starting since their freshman year.
So prospecting future Charger Cornerbacks, I had three questions:
