The Logan Mankins Effect

The Logan Mankins hold out has affected the Patriots offensive line to the affect their rushing ability in short yardage is suspect.
Yup, it is "Effect."  I think.  {Editors:  Don't correct this if I have it wrong, unless you are Eric Scalavino.}
There are reports that the Offensive Line can not force a rushing TD in the goal line offense. PFW reported the lack of TDs at the goal line.  
Pure speculation on my part, perhaps that added to Brady's frustrated blow up at the line (although I pointed out that was speculation, that still seems strong.  Who knows why it happened?  No one involved talked to the media about it.  For all we know it was a heated discussion on Schezuan versus Cantonese food). {Yes, Editors, Schezuan or Schezwan are allegedly both valid spellings.}
Although this might mean the defense is awesome... well... color me a pessimist.
The overall effect is undeniable, although to be fair Nick Kaszur has been out ...
