The Plan To Save The Charger Fan

As a fan of football (the NFL in general), I am growing increasingly distraught with its policies—the pay scale to be more specific.
It's becoming impossible and a frustrating process to keep good players on any team. Charger fans know what I'm talking about.
As a Charger fan I was happy to see Brandon Marshall move to Miami and out of the AFC West, however, with his huge signing, I'm pretty sure next year I will have to watch Vincent Jackson depart, and if not him Malcom Floyd.
What has it all come to?
If this guy plays good, you lose him or three other players. To honor tenders and franchise players, it's a full-time job to just keep a player, much less worry about competing. Where does it all end?
Now even rookies who haven't played a down are signing $50 million contracts.
Agents keep pushing the envelope further and further, and that only hurts the fans. Quite frankly, I'm sick of it.
Does Albert Haynesworth deserve $100 million to tackle? ...
