Wow, everything McDaniels does has controversy. It started the day he got there, and the confusion tornado is still blowing at top speed. 
As a football player in the NFL, I would feel less job security in Denver than on any other team. Pro Bowlers are shipped off left and right, players come, players go, and the reigns are pulled tight on everyone.
So, it comes as little surprise that McDaniels would shock not only the off-season with the Brady Quinn acquisition, but also the draft as well, with Tim Tebow. 
Basically, this puts the quarterback status in Denver on par with the entire team "Uncertain."
