Tim Tebow & Why He Isn’t Going To Be the Next Coming Of Elway

The Denver Broncos need an "identity". 
For so long, Denver's identity has been John Elway and judging by his new position he will be a part of their identity for the foreseeable future. Truth is that he isn't on the field anymore no matter how badly we want him to be.
The QB position more than any other position defines a team. IF Tim Tebow is our starter next year we will all have a decision to make because Tim Tebow is no John Elway. 
Are we as Denver fans trying to fit a square peg into a round hole? Tim Tebow is a leader, he's inspiring and has tremendous potential and work ethic but are we trying to change him too much? 
In my opinion the great quarterbacks have a few things in common. They all have a style all their own and a burning work ethic. Tim has the work ethic and he his own unorthodox style. 
I'm not proposing that he shouldn't grow or polish his play but do you see the Steelers trying to turn Big Ben into Tom Brady? No, Big...
