Week 10 Fantasy Football Quarterbacks: Who To Pick Up, Dump or Ignore

Shocking that we are already to Week 10 in the fantasy football season.  
A lot of shake-ups, major injuries, trades, unexpected contenders and disappointing teams have made it a challenge to stay on top of the hottest fantasy football trends, so perhaps I can help.
Here are some quarterbacks that might be on your fantasy football radar one way or another as we head into Week 10.
 
Pick-ups
Ryan Fitzpatrick, Buffalo Bills
Buffalo might not be winning, but Fitz has been putting up stats, which is really all that matters in fantasy football.
The loss of Roscoe Parrish might hurt his numbers a bit, but for a bye week fill-in or a quarterback to stash for the upcoming fantasy playoffs, you'd be hard pressed to find a better candidate sitting on your waiver wire this late. 
As of this writing, Fitzpatrick is still available in 46 percent of Yahoo! leagues.
Michael Vick, Philadelphia Eagles
