Week 14 NFL Odds: Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys

The Philadelphia Eagles (8-4) had no answer for the Dallas Cowboys (4-8) last season, losing to them in both regular season matchups and in the playoffs. NFL odds makers, however, like Philadelphia’s chances in the first meeting of the 2010 season. They have listed the Eagles as -3.5  with the total set at 50.5.
Philadelphia played Dallas tough at home in 2009, losing by four points, but it was blown out in two visits to Jerry World. The Cowboys ended the regular season with a 24-0 rout over the Eagles and beat them 34-14 just six days later in a NFC Wild Card game.
The Eagles will no doubt be looking for some payback against the disappointing Cowboys. Dallas was considered among the preseason favorites to reach Super Bowl XLV, which will be held at Cowboys Stadium, but it is the Eagles that may end up there. Behind the MVP-caliber play of quarterback Michael Vick, the Eagles look to have as good a shot as anyone in the NFC.
