Where Will Michael Vick End Up? The Philadelphia Eagles?

During the 2006 NFL Regular Season, then Atlanta Falcons ' quarterback Michael Vick became the first QB to rush for 1,000 yards in a single season.  After a legal dispute which suspended Vick from the NFL for two seasons, he signed with the Philadelphia Eagles prior to the 2009 regular season.
After getting through the season, playing in just 12 games and with only 37 snaps under center, Vick is considering another home for the 2010 season as Philadelphia Head Coach Andy Reid announced earlier this month that QB Donovan McNabb would be back as the starter next season.
As the combine is underway, and franchise tags are placed, Vick was told by the Eagles' organization that he would remain on the roster until preseason at least.  Being optimistic, Vick is open to his options, hoping to find a team where he can be the starting quarterback. 
As of today, the most likely candidates for Vick are the Oakland Raiders , St. Louis Rams , and Carolina Panthers .  With trade rum...
