2010 Fantasy Football Rookie Sleepers

Everyone knows about some of the top tier rookie talent out there with Dez Bryant, Ryan Mathews, Jahvid Best, etc., but it might be nice to discuss some sleeper rookie picks, especially for everyone who is in rookie draft only leagues and dynasty leagues.
 
Mike Williams : He is going to be a solid vertical threat in Tampa Bay now that Antonio Bryant is out of the picture. He has that big play ability and speed where he can break off a deep connection for TD. He has an outside chance of being the most productive WR in Tampa for 2010 with his deep threat ability. He is my favorite sleeper on this list.
 
Taylor Price : Size and speed, as well as playing for a team that will throw 50 times in a game. His current issue is when Welker returns (and it looks to be sooner rather than later), and how much work Torry Holt will steal from Price. If Welker takes longer to recover and Holt shows that he can't separate, then Price will explode on the scene in New En...
