2010 Fantasy Football: Start or Sit for Week One?

Here’s some sit and start advice as you set your lineups for the opening week of the NFL season.
 
Quarterbacks

Start: 
Jay Cutler—He looked horrible in the preseason, but he faces the Lions in week one. He had six TDs with no interceptions against them last year.
Alex Smith—Smith takes on Seattle to open the season. He dropped 310 yards and two scores on them last year.
 
Sit:
Joe Flacco—Even if Revis is rusty, the Ravens drew a tough draw in week one against the Jets on the road.
Matt Ryan—On the road against Pittsburgh is not a good way to start your season.
 
Running Backs

Start: 
C.J. Spiller—The Dolphins aren’t a pushover, but this is Spiller’s chance to show what he’s capable of with Fred Jackson and Marshawn Lynch limited by injuries.
