2010 NFL Draft: Fire & Ice Report: Kareem Rising, Spikes Tumbling

The combine is in the rear view mirror and the pro days are beginning to wind down, providing an opportunity to take a look at which players stocks are On Fire and On Ice with just three weeks until draft day.  Two weeks ago, we looked at the offensive players, this week we shift the focus to the defensive side of the ball.
On Fire:
DT Linval Joseph, East Carolina - Remarkably athletic for a 6'4", 328 pounder.  Ran sub 5.09 in the 40 and put up 39 reps at the combine.  Has the versatility to play nose tackle or left defensive tackle in a 4-3.  Has moved himself into day two consideration. 
DE Jason Pierre-Paul, South Florida - Burst onto the scene as a senior stealing the spotlight from teammate George Selvie.  His "Freak"-ish athleticism was the talk of the combine.  Was seen as high as No. 3 overall in a few mocks around the combine and is currently slated to go off the board somewher...
