2010 NFL Draft: Jimmy Clausen To Meet with Shanahan, Redskins Staff

With less then a month away until the NFL Draft, the focus now gets shifted to the top 10.
After witnessing Sam Bradford's great Pro Day this week, some attention now turns to Notre Dame's Jimmy Clausen.
Clausen hasn't seen much praise by some scouts and experts, yet is projected to go ninth overall to the Buffalo Bills.
However, we must make way for a new team in the mix, the Washington Redskins.
According to ESPN Insider Adam Schefter via twitter.com, Clausen will fly to Washington to meet with head coach Mike Shanahan and the staff this weekend.
Both sides also already scheduled a private workout on April 15.
Owning the fourth overall pick in this years draft, it seemed the Redskins were going to go with an offensive lineman to protect Jason Campbell.
However, maybe a change of thought has occurred in Washington. Campbell could be the quarterback for a season or two, while Clausen holds the clipboard and learns from the sidelines.
