2010 NFL Draft: New York Giants: Three Guys Who Lost Their Chances With Big Blue

The NFL Combine will be officially starting tomorrow with offensive linemen and tight ends. Since today is a snowy day here in the northeast, I thought it would be a good idea to look at some players the Giants could have drafted this year if other players didn't do so well in 2009.
Remember, this is not a mock draft of any kind. Just simply evaluating some players the Giants will most likely not take, but still could, because of depth or players who have stepped up their game.
 
Jordan Shipley
It will be interesting to see where Shipley ends up in the draft. He has been compared to Wes Welker and seems to be as reliable as they come. He had an outstanding career at Texas, racking up 248 catches for 3,191 yards and 33 touchdowns. He was also very good in the return game as well. If the Giants didn't have the young, talented receiving corps they have, and the defense didn't need so much help, Shipley could've been trading in the orange jersey for a blue one. But...
