2010 NFL Draft: St. Louis Rams Are on the Clock

Over the next two weeks I will go through the 2010 NFL Draft and act as the GM for each NFL team in the first round.
The Rams are on the clock.
Marc Bulger was supposed to flawlessly fill in for Kurt Warner and continue to lead the Rams to glory. That scenario never played out as Warner went on to the Super Bowl with the Cardinals.
As the Lions and Jets saw last season, nothing can energize a franchise like a new QB. The Rams need to fill seats and find a face for their franchise. After selecting both Chris Long and Jason Smith in the top five the last two seasons, neither has stepped up to be a franchise-type player.
Bradford is that franchise. If all goes well at his workout next week and he shows no side effects from his shoulder injury, Bradford will be the pick.
The Rams cannot afford another unattractive selection like a lineman. They need someone to get the fans excited. If the Jaguars weren't going to mortgage the franchise to get their hands on Tim T...
