2010 NFL Draft: Who and What the Minnesota Vikings Should Look for Pick-by-Pick

It has been a quiet offseason for the Minnesota Vikings and that is the way it should be. This team was this close to the Super Bowl last year and returns a talented core of veterans in their prime and emerging stars. The Vikings didn't have much to add or change from last year's team. So far, the biggest free agent acquisition for the Vikings has been kickoff specialist Rhys Lloyd. Quite frankly that was the only thing the Vikings had to do this offseason: add a leg that'll ease the burden on the special teams coverage. Well, that move, and Brad Childress' brilliant handling of the Favre situation. Every other week Childress has come out with a gentle stroke of Favre's ego, a simple gesture here, a simple gesture there. "It's too early to talk about that," "We'll wait," "He doesn't have to think about it now," "I love Brett Favre's arm and will do whatever it takes to make sure he comes back here, up to and including genocide," or something like that.
