2010 NFL Mock Draft: Pittsburgh Steelers, Version 3

It has been nearly a year since the Steelers had the honor to draft 32nd in the first round, as Super Bowl Champion. In an effort to get younger on the defensive line, they used that selection on Ziggy Hood. A year later, the Steelers missed the playoffs and are drafting 18th. Now there are just over two weeks until the 2010 NFL Draft and the Steelers draft board has taken shape with college prospect visits. With this considered, it is entirely possible that many of these players are smokescreens. However, unlike my previous two mock drafts, I will take these players into consideration. Another new addition to this mock draft is the compensatory picks. The Steelers have two extra fifth round selections and one extra seventh. These choices cannot be traded, but the Steelers can afford to take a risk late in the draft with so many extra selections.
