2011 NFL Draft: Do the Seattle Seahawks Need Arkansas QB Ryan Mallett?

Ryan Mallet, is an intimidating 6'7" 238 lb. throwing machine.
During his three year college career he threw for over 8,000 yards with 69 TDs, 62 of them coming in his final two years with the Razorbacks.
His ground speed is less than stellar, shown by a dismal 5.37 40-yard dash at this year's combine.
But what he lacks in scrambling ability, he more than makes up for in the pocket.
His superior height allows for him to see over most defensive linemen, giving him excellent sight-range for downfield targets.
His arm strength and accuracy are something to be strongly desired, and if he is taken by the right team—with some work—he will more than likely make for a solid future starter.
Mallet, or "Big Tex" as his fans like to call him, is expected to selected somewhere between early to middle in the second round of this year's draft.
One of the teams reportedly showing an interest in the "towering tomahawker" is the Seattle Seahawks.
