2011 NFL Draft Team Needs: Offensive and Defensive Weaknesses For Every NFL Team

Before we immerse ourselves in speculation with the upcoming draft, we must first look at the needs of each team. The draft order is not established, free agency has not hit, the lockout is looming, there is uncertainty as to who will declare.
That being said, this is a perfectly logical time to explore the shortcomings of each NFL team. If the problem areas are not addressed in free agency, they become a pressing need while entering the draft. Below is a division by division, team by team breakdown of needs. While be many teams, especially those who will drafting sooner rather than later, have many glaring problems, I have narrowed it down to one need on offense and defense.
AFC North
