2011 NFL Draft To Provide The Ravens  With Ideal Fit
McShay's McPick: Cameron Heyward, DE, Ohio State
As with all of these mid-to-late first round defensive end picks things could change depending on who goes where.
But assuming the picks go as McShay foresees Baltimore couldn't be happier with the selection of Cameron Heyward. 
"Heyward comes with some risks, too, after undergoing Tommy John surgery on his left elbow after the college season, but he's expected to make a full recovery and all you have to do is watch the tape of his Sugar Bowl performance against Arkansas to see how much potential he has."
Defense has defined  the Ravens for over a decade so it's a bit strange to say they "need" a first rounder to remain at or near the top, but they really do.
They're pass rush wasn't quite that ferocious in 2010, and that's one of the reasons why they allowed over 220 yards per game.
