2011 NFL Mock Draft: Gabe Carimi Gets to Block for Peyton Manning

Indianapolis Colts Grab Wisconsin's Gabe Carimi With No. 22 Overall Pick
Remember a guy named Joe Thomas who played at Wisconsin?
Well, Gabe Carimi's not quite the player Thomas was/is, but he's pretty damn good. Carimi was a first team AP All-American in 2010 and was the glue that held together one of the nation's best rushing attacks.
However, he was one of the most disappointing players at the Senior Bowl, having made the draft-status killing switch from tackle to guard.
And while he may still play tackle at the NFL level, the truth is that it doesn't really matter.
The Indianapolis Colts need help in numerous spots along their offensive line, and Carimi could start at a number of different spots for the team to give Peyton Manning some protection.
