The rumors are heating up that Donovan McNabb may be heading to the Minnesota Vikings via trade.  But the more you think about this possible scenario the more it just doesn’t make sense for the Vikings.
As much as they want to remain in contention by picking up a veteran quarterback like McNabb, this possible deal just has the smell of another relationship that could end in disaster like Brett Favre’s last season.
McNabb is no longer the same quarterback that he was when he was with the Philadelphia Eagles, he proved that last season when he proved to be disappointing, ineffective and completely out of shape with the Washington Redskins.
