2011 NFL Mock Draft: Robert Quinn, Jake Locker’s Draft Stock Rising

The real NFL Draft is less than two weeks away and players are rising and falling on the draft boards.
The proliferation of Twitter and draft Web sites has made examination of the prospects the most intense it ever has been. This probably just is the tip of the iceberg in the coming years. Any bad report coming from the scouts or the front offices spreads like lightning and everyone's mock draft adapts to compensate for the new order of things.
Robert Quinn was in the Top 5, then he started to drop, but now the feeling is there is little chance he lasts past the Cleveland Browns.
Jake Locker once was a candidate for the first overall pick. Then his senior season was not as spectacular as the scouts wanted it to be and he became second round consideration until the last few weeks when he now may be a first-round prospect again, possibly going in the Top 10.
Things will continue to change, as will my mock draft.
