Akeem Ayers Lands In Kansas City as an Immediate Starter
Tamba Hali was a beast for Kansas City this past season (14.5 sacks and four forced fumbles), but the Chiefs didn't have much of a pass rush outside of the former Penn State player and need to upgrade that area.
UCLA outside linebacker Akeem Ayers could be the guy to do that.
He was one of the nation's most highly-touted recruits coming out of high school, and his physical attributes rank among the best in this draft class. He's got good size, he's quick and he excels as a push rusher on the outside.
Ayers would provide the Chiefs with rusher off the edge, one who would really take some of the pressure off of Eric Berry and Brandon Flowers in the secondary.
