2011 NFL Offseason: What Every NFL Team Must Get Done Before Next Season

Every off-season, our favorite teams go through the same process. Whether it's retooling or rebuilding, each one of the NFL's 32 franchises will be evaluating their current roster, examining the payroll, resigning players, signing free agents, and scouting draft prospects.
All of this for one thing—to get a leg up on the competition and make it to Super Bowl XLVI.
So, what does your favorite team need to do to punch their ticket to Indianapolis, IN?
I can't solve every team's problems, but I can suggest what each team's top priorities should be this off-season.
Of course, this is all assuming that there is a 2011 NFL season, and that depends on a mutual agreement between the NFL owners and the NFL Players Association on the terms of a new collective bargaining agreement.
