2012 Fantasy Football Week 11: Tight Ends (TE) Rankings / Projections

It looked like Greg Olsen was off to a career year after the first four games of the season in which he collected at least six receptions in three of those games. As Cam Newton regressed, so did the rest of the Panthers offense, and all too often the game plan seemed to get away from their talented tight end.
In recent weeks Olsen’s numbers have come back to life, and last week he had his top performance of the year with nine receptions for 102 yards and two touchdown scores. Oddly enough, Olsen was featured on the Panthers first drive but he seemed to fade out of the offense until a fourth-quarter drive gave him his second touchdown in garbage time.
Unfortunately, we must consider Olsen a gamble start going forward because offensive coordinator Rob Chudzinski is doing a terrible job utilizing the talent he has to work with.
