The underclassmen declaration deadline passed earlier this week, solidifying the 2016 NFL draft class. The next step will be to set the final picks in this year's draft order. 
Since the New England Patriots lost their first-round pick as a result of the Deflategate scandal, if they win this weekend, the first-round draft order will be set on Sunday night.
