2016 NFL Mock Draft: Latest Predictions Before Sunday’s Divisional Games

Change comes at the top of the latest mock draft, and it's because the Cleveland Browns made a wise football decision.
The Browns hiring Hue Jackson on Wednesday has Cleveland in position to make the right decision on who they take with the No. 2 pick.
Other than that, there's not much change except where teams are picking on the board. Four more teams' draft order have been decided now that the playoff field will be reduced to four after Sunday's games.
Here's the latest mock draft.
 
Cleveland Comes Calling for Jared Goff In my last mock draft, I had Memphis quarterback Paxton Lynch going second to Cleveland because the Browns seemed more ready to take on a project than the sure-fire thing.
Now that Jackson is in as Cleveland's head coach, and he wants control of his offense for the time being, he'll get the guy that he wants.
