The Pittsburgh Steelers are one of the most storied franchises in the NFL and have been around since they were first known as the Pirates in 1933.
Personally, I started really paying attention to everything about the Steelers during the 2004 offseason, which coincidentally coincided with the team drafting Ben Roethlisberger. Honestly, that just happened to be the year I started to really get into the NFL. I have loved to follow their every move ever since.
We all have our reasons for how we started rooting for the Steelers, though.
