A Closer Look at the Chicago Bears’ Coaching Staff: The Offense

We all know that the Bears' coaching staff underwent some changes during the offseason after the teamed purged a majority of their offensive coaching staff to bring in new talent.  The biggest coaching acquisition this offseason was former St. Louis Rams' head coach Mike Martz. Martz is sure to bring a powerful passing attack to Chicago and his offenses promise to put up a lot of yards and hopefully a lot of points.
The question is, does he have the personnel to do it?
We shall soon find out, but things should be better on offense this season than they have had in recent years. Another new face on the team this year is offensive line coach Mike Tice. Like Martz, Tice has spent some time in as an NFL head coach and knows a lot about the league and its players.
